Jessica Reta-Gomez is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas and the founder of EleMental Health Counseling & Consulting Services. With a deep passion for healthy, lasting marriages, Jessica developed Anchored — a premarital education course designed to give couples the tools they actually need, not just the ones that look good on paper.

Her approach is rooted in clinical evidence and shaped by faith — believing that the best marriages are built on both the wisdom of God's design and the practical skills that research shows actually work. She works with couples in English and Spanish, virtually and in person, making high-quality relationship education accessible to more families.

Anchored is designed for engaged couples, but pre-engaged couples who are seriously considering marriage are also welcome. The content is most impactful when marriage is a real near-term conversation.
